Joe has 20 years of experience in the Business Process and Program Management Areas. The first eight years came as an IT systems and database engineer with the remainder spent managing projects and programs. His work background spans the consumer goods, financial services and health-care industries. Joe obtained his PMP Certification in 2003 and is the President of the Kentuckiana Chapter of the Project Management Institute. He is now pursing his American Society of Quality's Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. He has a BBA degree from Eastern Kentucky University with the focus in Computer Information Systems and is a two-time Dale Carnegie award-winning seminar speaker and Dale Carnegie Graduate Assistant. Joe teaches Project Management adult education classes for the University of Louisville’s Delphi Center. He is currently consulting with Southern Graphics Systems in Louisville and operates his EQ Seminars business in the off hours. When not managing project teams or teaching, he enjoys spending time with his two teen age daughters, playing the guitar, and developing leadership related theological presentations.

Diane is certified as a PMP and a CISA and is active in the Kentuckiana Chapters of PMI and ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). In 2005 to 2006, she served as the VP of Programming for ISACA-Kentuckiana and is currently serving as Secretary of that Chapter. She has enjoyed a variety of jobs during her career in the fields of : Law, IT Change Management, and IS Audit. Diane's current work assignment is in the area of IS Compliance at Kindred Healthcare where she has been charged with the responsibility of creating, implementing, and monitoring an IS Compliance Program.

Tanya Marcum is a Project Management Professional with over 15 years experience in Finance, including 8 years managing audit projects. Currently, Tanya is employed as the Manager of Investor Relations at Humana Inc. Tanya has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bellarmine University and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast. In addition, to her PMP certification, Tanya is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Financial Manager.

Chuck is the Director of Program Management for Churchill Downs Incorporated and has over 25 years experience in personnel and project management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management in 1993 through Southern Illinois University, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2000 and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin in 2003. Chuck’s certifications include:

2. Program Management Professional (PgMP) through the PMI
3. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality (ASQ)

Chuck teaches Project Management, Quality Management, Operations Management, and Critical Thinking courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level for the University of Louisville and the University of Phoenix. Paul Sizemore is the leader of development at HelloMetro.com (Including HelloLouisville.com) in Jeffersonville , Indiana . Before his long-term relationship with the start-up internet company, Paul worked on an assortment of projects ranging from financial & SOX projects to projects to increase parental involvement in Jefferson County Schools (over six years managing projects). Paul's corporate experience includes Eli Lilly, Finish Line and Kroger, while his start-up experience includes HelloMetro.com and his own consulting business.
